Who we are

821BRIDGE Ltd. (referred to as '821BRIDGE', 'we', 'us', or 'our') is a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria (UIC: 208748567). We provide business consultancy services. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR).

What data we collect and why

When you chose to contact us, we collect only the personal data necessary to respond to your enquiries and deliver our services. Specifically, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

We collect this data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • Purpose: Responding to your enquiry or scheduling a call. Legal Basis: Pre-contractual steps at your request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • Purpose: Delivering agreed services. Legal Basis: Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • Purpose: Meeting accounting and tax obligations. Legal Basis: Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, biometric data, or financial account details). We do not conduct marketing campaigns or send unsolicited communications.

How we store your data

Your data is stored within the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook and OneDrive), which is operated by Microsoft Corporation as a GDPR-compliant data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Data may also be shared with our accountant or legal counsel where required by law or for contract fulfilment.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except where appropriate safeguards are in place.

Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies. These are small text files placed on your device that are required for the website to function correctly. They do not track you, collect personal data, or require your consent.

No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used on this website.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiries that do not result in a contract: up to 12 months from last contact
  • Active and past client data: for the duration of the contract and 5 years thereafter, in accordance with Bulgarian accounting and tax law

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (where applicable); object to or restrict processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
